Informace pro zákazníky / Customer information

Vážení zákazníci,

rádi bychom Vás informovali o změnách v přístupu k technické dokumentaci, které vstupují v platnost dne 25. 05. 2026 s uvedením nové platební brány na našich webových stránkách.

Technická dokumentace je nově zpoplatněna a přístup k ní je podmíněn novou registrací zákazníka.

Zároveň nově nabízíme možnost hradit faktury za náhradní díly online prostřednictvím platební brány, a to na základě vystavené faktury.

Pro zpřístupnění technické dokumentace je nutné:

  1. Provést novou registraci v zákaznickém systému
    (i v případě, že jste již byli zaregistrováni dříve)

    Vyplnit povinné registrační údaje, zejména:

    • identifikační údaje firmy / osoby
    • kontaktní údaje
    • fakturační údaje
  2. Zvolit typ zákazníka:
    • FO – fyzická osoba
    • PO – právnická osoba

    Při registraci jako právnická osoba (PO) je nutné vyplnit:

    • název společnosti
    • IČO
    • DIČ

    Pole VAT ID je volitelné a vyplňuje se pouze v případě, že je společnost registrována jako plátce DPH v rámci EU.

  3. Uhradit základní poplatek za přístup k technické dokumentaci 10 EUR / rok.

Platební podmínky

  • Základní poplatek zahrnuje přístup k aktuální technické dokumentaci.
  • Platba je realizována online pomocí platební karty.
  • Po úspěšné platbě je přístup aktivován automaticky.

Úhrada faktur za náhradní díly

  • Úhrada faktury prostřednictvím platební brány je dostupná pouze uživatelům s aktivním Membershipem.
  • Po přihlášení do zákaznického účtu je nutné přejít na stránku Membershipu a zvolit položku „Pay invoice by card“.
  • Uživatel zadá částku faktury v EUR, kterou chce uhradit.
  • Při dokončení objednávky uvede variabilní symbol, respektive identifikátor příslušné faktury.
  • Platba je následně přiřazena k dané vystavené faktuře.

Ceník

  • Membership – 10 EUR / rok
  • Letter of Authorization – 1 800 EUR
  • Pilot’s Operating Handbook – 30 EUR
  • Pay invoice by card – částka dle hodnoty příslušné faktury

Cílem těchto změn je zajistit přehledný, aktuální a udržitelný systém správy technické dokumentace.

We would like to inform you about the changes in access to technical documentation, which will come into effect on 25. 05. 2026 with the introduction of a new payment gateway on our website.

Technical documentation is now subject to a fee and access to it is subject to new customer registration.

At the same time, we are now offering the option to pay invoices for spare parts online via the payment gateway, based on the invoice issued.

To access technical documentation, it is necessary to:

  1. Perform a new registration in the customer system
    (even if you have already been registered before)

    Fill in the mandatory registration information, in particular:

    • company / person identification data
    • contact information
    • billing information
  2. Select the customer type:
    • individual(natural person)
    • legal entity(company)

    When registering as a legal entity (PO), it is necessary to fill in:

    • company name
    • company registration number
    • tax identification number

    The VAT ID field is optional and is filled in only if the company is registered as a VAT payer within the EU.

  3. Pay the basic fee for access to technical documentation 10 EUR / year.

Payment terms

  • The basic fee includes access to the current technical documentation.
  • Payment is made online using a credit card.
  • After successful payment, access is activated automatically.

Payment of spare parts invoices

  • Payment of invoices via a payment gateway is only available to users with active access to technical documentation, i.e. with an active Membership.
  • After logging into the customer account, it is necessary to go to the Membership page and select the “Pay invoice by card” item.
  • The user enters the invoice amount in EUR that he wants to pay.
  • When completing the order, he indicates the variable symbol, or the identifier of the relevant invoice.
  • The payment is subsequently assigned to the given issued invoice.

Price list

  • Membership – 10 EUR / year
  • Letter of Authorization – 1,800 EUR
  • Pilot’s Operating Handbook – 30 EUR
  • Pay invoice by card – amount according to the relevant invoice value

The aim of these changes is to ensure a clear, up-to-date and sustainable system for managing technical documentation.
